I just wanted to take the time (still recovering from the weekend) to say thank you! Thank you so much for putting together our wedding day. It was absolutely PERFECT! It couldn’t have gone any better. Our guests had a blast, they loved the food, loved the music & loved the venue. We are so happy that we got to work with you both, so professional & easy to work with. You guys did an awesome job and it was by far the best nights of our lives ( besides having Cruz of course 😊). Our Day Was Amazing!
Jacquelyn was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me and addressed all of my needs and concerns in a timely matter. She took care of everything, and all we had to do was show up! I absolutely loved the simplicity of this all inclusive wedding because it took the stress and thinking out of everything, and we ended up with a beautiful ceremony at Scripps Park in La Jolla and a really fun reception at the Courtyard Marriott San Diego-Mission Valley. I would recommend using her to anyone looking to get married in the San Diego area.

If you are planning a destination wedding in the San Diego area, you need look no further than Jacquelyn Mendoza. She coordinated our wedding, ceremony on South Beach, Coronado with dinner reception at Candela’s on the Bay, down to the very last detail without ever even meeting me in person until the day before our wedding. Every detail was as I imagined it in my head, if not even better, from the venue and flowers to the photographer, harpist, food, cake, transportation…. And the best part was that I did not have to worry or stress about a single detail. I was able to spend time with my family and friends who had traveled thousands of miles to share our big day with us! If I could do my wedding over again, I would not change a thing!! Thanks for Helping With Our Fairytale Wedding
Hi everyone, every girl dreams of her fairytale wedding. Thanks to Jacquelyn and her great team for helping my husband and I make that come true. I love her she so awesome. Not only was I nervous about making my dream wedding come true especially with the thought of a destination wedding, being that we live 6 hours away she made sure to reassure me that all my ideas would be incorporated with my wedding. I found her as I was visiting San Diego and just decided to pull up wedding planners in the area. She was so awesome from our very first phone call conversation and responded immediately from emails to phone calls. She drove around with us to find the perfect place on the beach to make my day beyond beautiful and real. My husband and I married on August 15 2015. I highly recommend Jacquelyn as a wedding planner, she kept me from becoming the bridezilla I thought I’d become with the stress of a wedding. All I had to do is show up with my dress and be ready to say “I do” to the man of my dreams!

Everyone Needs to Use Unity & Vine for Their Wedding!
Jacquelyn made my husband’s and my day the most special day. It was better than I even imagined. She was quick to answer any questions, go over any concerns and brought my dream to life!! The location was hard to imagine when we asked to see it a couple days before our big day, but when it was time for the reception, I almost cried it was PERFECT!! The food was NOT your typical wedding food which I was worried about doing a destination wedding and not being able to test taste the food. It was some of the best food I have ever had! She was so fantastic on letting us know what was happening when. Her energy just makes you smile and trust everything she does. Thank you Jacquelyn!!! This Really Was My Dream Wedding
We were living in Arizona when we got engaged and wanted to get married in San Diego, where I am originally from. I wanted a small, casual wedding. We looked through a few websites and found this one. It was more reasonably priced, and she had a lot more options to choose from. Jacquelyn did an amazing job, it was absolutely perfect! It was so stress free, she took care of everything. She really knows her stuff! If we ever had any questions or concerns, she was always very helpful. We have such fond memories of our wedding day, May 19, 2012. Our families were very impressed with the beautiful setting. It went so much better than what I had envisioned in my head. This really was my dream wedding! Thank you so much Jacquelyn for giving us the best day of our lives! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful stress free wedding.
HIGHLY Recommend to Anyone Who is Looking for that Flawless Wedding
Words don’t begin to touch on my gratitude towards Jacquelyn’s expertise, compassion and planning abilities. I found her information online when I was searching for destination weddings in San Diego and believe she was an angel sent to us for our wedding day. We live in Denver, CO and had envisioned our wedding someplace fun and sunny…so we chose San Diego. Throughout the wedding planning process, she quickly replied to all questions, ideas or concerns. She frequently would say, “Don’t worry about that dear, I’ll take care of it for you.” She allowed us to add many personal touches to our wedding which made it feel so perfect and not just your “basic package deal”. Once the big day arrived, she helped with our three day event of a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding day. We joke that she will be now joining us at Christmas for dinner, as she truly felt just like a family member. It is really not a joke at all. You can’t go wrong with Jacquelyn’s services. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for that flawless wedding.
Best Decision I’ve Ever Made
Hiring Jacquelyn to do our wedding was the best decision I’ve ever made! She is a such a seasoned professional and I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. She was doing so much behind the scenes to make our wedding day the best it could be. The catering, decor, flowers, and cake all met and exceeded our expectations. I never worried about a thing and was free to just enjoy the time I had with my family and friends. That really was the greatest gift she gave us….free time during our wedding to enjoy it and soak it all in! Thank you Jacquelyn and your staff for making our wedding so wonderful!!
Unity & Vine was Truly a Blessing!
Jacquelyn was truly a blessing. I was actually set up with another coordinator, but after a tragic family emergency, they contacted Jacquelyn to help with my wedding just one week before my wedding date. Jacquelyn picked up where my other coordinator left off without skipping a beat. She has such a beautiful soul and is so personable, we immediately connected. Jacquelyn made sure that I enjoyed my wedding and didn’t worry about the timeline, the logistics, managing a large crowd, decorating, or anything! She made sure I always had a drink in my hand, and absolutely made sure I ate and had cake. She was on top of our timeline and hit every event, and I felt so relaxed knowing that Jacquelyn was keeping an eye on everything. She easily fit into our party as well, she mingled with our guests and everyone loved her! She had the entire venue set up exactly as I had envisioned it, and cleaned up quickly at the end of the night! She is so great, and I am so grateful to have met her and have had her be a part of my special day.
Our Guests and Us Had a Magical Day
My wife and I are from Canada and we decided to get married in sunny San Diego. We wanted a simple ceremony and, since we live 3000 km away, we wanted a trustworthy person to plan and arrange every detail according to our needs. Jacquelyn proved to be all that and more! Our wedding day was perfect, even better than we expected: the music, the flowers, the very professional and funny officiant, the very patient photographer and, of course, Jacquelyn herself who was there to make sure that the ceremony went smoothly.
